The County of Monterey Patrol Association (COMPA) is the exclusive employee organization representing Deputy Sheriff's (Patrol and Investigations), Sheriff's Sergeants, and Detective Sergeants working for the Monterey County Sheriff's Office. Our mission is to advocate for fair wages, comprehensive benefits, safe working conditions, and professional opportunities for the dedicated law enforcement personnel who protect and serve the residents of Monterey County.
